About Me
Hi, I’m Anveeksha, a psychologist and guidance counsellor dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” a person, but about understanding patterns, building self-awareness, and developing healthier ways of coping, relating, and growing. My therapeutic approach is integrative and client-centered, which means I tailor the process to each individual’s unique needs and concerns. I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care. I have academic training in psychology through a B.A. (Hons.) in Applied Psychology, M.A. in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance & Counselling. My professional experience includes clinical exposure through internships at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, as well as experience working with clients under supervision. I work with individuals navigating emotional difficulties, stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and personal growth journeys. My goal is to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they move toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being. I currently offer online counselling and psychological support services for individuals seeking a reflective, collaborative, and growth-oriented therapeutic space.
