About Me
I am Anushka Singh, a postgraduate student in Clinical Psychology, passionate about understanding human behavior and promoting mental well-being. My journey so far has given me hands-on experience through internships at Mind Ease, Moolchand Hospital, and RINPAS, where I worked on psychological assessments, mental status examinations, client observation, and case documentation. Alongside this, I volunteered with Saday Sadev NGO, contributing to community outreach and mental health awareness initiatives. I have also pursued research on procrastination and maladaptive daydreaming among university students, which strengthened my analytical skills and deepened my interest in addressing contemporary psychological issues. With a blend of academic knowledge, clinical exposure, and empathetic communication, I aspire to grow as a mental health professional who can contribute both to individual healing and community well-being.
