About Me
Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working across teaching, research, and counselling—each phase helping me understand how people heal, grow, and make sense of their emotions. My journey began with a deep curiosity about what truly helps individuals feel seen and supported, which led me to contribute to the National Mental Health Survey-2 (AIIMS Rishikesh & NIMHANS), where I worked on large-scale mental health assessments and awareness programs. In my counselling practice, I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, overthinking, panic attacks, trauma, relationship challenges, and body image concerns. My approach is integrative, combining Cognitive Therapy to help clients challenge unhelpful thoughts and Mindfulness-based techniques to build awareness, calm, and emotional resilience in everyday life. I see therapy as a space to pause, breathe, and slowly reconnect with the parts of yourself you may have forgotten along the way.
