The world in which we live today where stress is the most common thing, we all encounter every day is one of the reasons for the surge in psychological problems. Here are some ways to ease the stress:

◆Spend time with family and friends, enjoy with them.
◆Do not hold yourself responsible for the event and avoid reliving that particular incident.
◆Continue your daily life activities, routines, work, rest, relax, and exercise.
